Centreless Grinding Machines, backed by 47 years of experience, satisfy

feed as well as plunge grinding. The machines are recommended for
bearings, needle rollers, auto-sleeves & parts, engine valves,
valve guides, drills, taps, punches, surgical instruments, long bright
bars, fastners, bushes, etc.
Grinding Wheel Head: Spindle
has adjustable Phospherous Bronze Bush Bearings & lubrication is
automatic by oil splashing system. The spindle is hardened, ground and
lapped for perfect cylindricity.
Regulating Wheel Head: Spindle (hardened & ground) is mounted on anti friction Precision Taper Roller Bearings.
Special Feature: All
"PRECIMAX" Centreless Grinding Machines have Unique Taper Setting
Device such that it saves lot of dressing time & wheel's wearing.
Dressing is not required at all.
PMT-150H
This
machine has been developed for higher accuracies & finishing as
compared to PMT-150, G.W. Spindle Bearings maintenance &
adjustments through out the life. Their interlocked with spindle
rotation which prevents. Spindle/Bush Bearings failure giving long
trouble free life. Axial spindle end adjustment assures fast &
accurate grindng wheel face positioning w.r.t. Req. Wheel. Req. Wheel
Spindle Adjustable Bush Bearings are also designed for best results.
